Yours years-long serving your people is an excellent example for the generations to come... It should be noted that your role as advocate of peace and justice between peoples has gone far beyond Azerbaijan and you have won international authority and general recognition.
We have all passed a complex way of political changes and tried to avoid damaging peace resolution of our peoples and states. It is regretful that the question of territorial integrity of our states has not yet been settled. We, religious figures and peoples of our countries, are optimistic about our future and confident that the justice will triumph.
